Corrections come first
If a dose, a salt form, or a citation in any analysis is wrong, that email goes to the top of the pile. Please include the page URL and, where possible, the source showing the correct figure. Substantive corrections are made in the text with an update note — silently editing numbers is not how this site works.
Also welcome
- Label sightings. If a formula we've covered has quietly changed its label, tell us — reformulations matter.
- Coverage requests. Suggest an ingredient or product for a future line-by-line read.
- General questions. We'll answer what the research supports; we can't advise on your personal regimen (that's a clinician's job, not a website's).
Typical response time is a few days. Corrections jump the queue.
